Terme dei Papi is one of the most renowned thermal spas in Italy.

Located in Viterbo in the Lazio region, with a centuries-old tradition dating back to the Middle Ages, when it was a destination for popes and nobles seeking wellbeing and rest.

Its waters, of volcanic origin, naturally flow rich in sulphur and valuable minerals, and are recognised for their beneficial and therapeutic properties. A unique natural heritage, still appreciated today for its beneficial and therapeutic properties, offering an authentic relaxation experience in a setting of great historical and landscape value.

• Monumental Pool: One of the main highlights of the thermal spa. This large pool, covering over 2,000 square metres, is entirely fed by thermal water that flows at around 58°C, making it ideal for bathing at any time of year.
• Rock Grotto: A natural cave carved into the rock where thermal water at 58°C flows down the walls, creating an atmosphere rich in vapour, beneficial to the respiratory system, the skin and the joints.
• Wellness and Spa Centre: The spa provides treatments using valuable thermal resources, including thermal water and natural mud
• Thermal Treatments: Terme dei Papi provides therapeutic treatments such as inhalation therapies, mud therapy, the Rock Grotto and whirlpool treatments, also available through the National Health Service.
• Mud Therapy Department: Natural thermal mud is used in treatments recognised for their beneficial effects on the joints and the skin.
